Can I get my shipping cheaper if I'm just ordering stickers?


Yes! Email me after placing your order and I will refund you the excess shipping.


Can I order my items untracked?


The default shipping option will always include tracking. However if you do wish to have your items posted without, email me and we can sort it out.


Do you accept returns?


Currently, returns are not accepted. If you have recieved a damaged item, however, please do not hesitate to reach out to me to resolve the issue. Please include a photo of the item so that I can bring the issue forward to the shipping handlers.


I've been charged extra at customs, what should I do? 


Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) may be applied to your package when in enters your destination. Please note that we have no control over this and all enquiries must be directed to your local customs department.


I want to order twice this month and I don't want to pay the extra shipping, can you put it all together in one package?


We absolutely can, just email [email protected] and we can amend the shipping for you.


What is the usual shipping time?


We are a very operation so this means that it can take up to 9 days for orders to be processed. Shipping is done via Royal Mail with tracking. Expect your items to be with you in 2 weeks minimum. When you recieve your tracking number, be sure to check in on your parcels journey. If you have any concerns do not hesitate to email!
